I've just picked up this hashtag (#dfecpd) on Twitter today and I'm wondering what D&T teachers CPD needs are:

• Did you need more support in your NQT year about subject pedagogy?
• Are their problems with location and access to CPD?
• Is technology the answer to accessing CPD?
